Transportation is a significant source of air pollution in cities, as well as congestion, noise, and annoyance. And it is getting worse as the need of transports increases.

To combat this development European cities implements more and more forceful regulations. Urban logistic companies are forced to change how they operate and what vehicles they use, and it is a painful transition for their business models.

We have asked the city stakeholders what they need to make cities livable while having healthy business models. And we did our home work.

City authorities:
- Zero emissions in cities – our vehicles are emission free so they do not harm the climate or the local health.
- Safe battery charging, avoiding fires – our battery swap stations offer proven safe and monitored charging.
- Cities where transports are quiet and out of the way – we only provide electric vehicles and light vehicles, which are quiet and take less space.

Couriers:
- Maximise the number of deliveries during a work shift – we provide charged battery in 10 seconds so no stands stills while charging.
- Not restricted by the range of the battery - our battery stations are located across the city so the range is unlimited in the city.
- Vehicles that are not to expensive – we off-load the investment in the batteries which makes the vehicles as affordable as ICE vehicles.
- Predictable monthly costs – we offer a monthly fixed price for the battery and the number of swaps to a charged battery.

Urban logistic companies:
- No increased CAPEX - we off-load the investment of batteries and, if you want, the vehicle investment.
- No decrease in transport work - our battery stations eliminates the stand still while charging. Probably even more efficient than ICE vehicles.
- No hassle or risks with charging in hubs – no charging in hubs, all charging is taken care of by our stations across the city.
- No battery degeneration – we own and provide the batteries and optimize them for all vehicles in our portfolio.
- Scalable and clean transport solutions – our batter swap infrastructure is scalable with the demand.

So, that is why we started GoCimo.
Our misson it to build station-base battery swap infrastructure in European cities. Off-loading the need of increased investments by the users, eliminating the necessity to stand still while charging and make charging safe. We make electric city mobility work.
