    The Swap stations is the only place where the batteries can be charged.

  • Find the battery swapping station that fits you whereabouts best.

    When you arrive, park your moped safely, and open the seat.

    Remove the battery in the moped and insert it in an empty slot at the battery swap station. Push gently to get the battery properly connected.

    Wait for a max 10 seconds, and a charged battery will pop out. Remove it from the swap station and insert it in your moped.

    You are ready to go!

DRIVING

  • It will generally take you about 50 km.

    Cold weather and hills can shorten the range, but plan your swaps, and you have all range you need.

  • There should always be charged batteries at each swap station, but if a station would be out of operation, the next swap station will have batteries for you.

  • Yes, you can see the battery charge status in the dashboard of the moped.

BUYING

  • You can’t buy the battery because with our rental system, you’re always swapping for a fully charged one instead of having your own. This way, you never have to deal with charging or maintenance - just exchange the battery and keep going!

  • We source GoCimo mopeds from Taiwan. To ensure every moped has a buyer, we require a sign-up fee at the time of order. The final total payment is made at the time of the delivery.

  • You can buy spare parts from any authorized reseller, but we recommend using original Kymco parts.

  • No, you own the moped and must arrange your own insurance.

  • No, the Wolt offer is exclusive to Wolt drivers. However, GoCimo offers a great deal for independent drivers.

  • Once your sign-up fee is paid, we order your moped. The delivery time is estimated to be three months.

  • No, you get the energy you need at the swap stations, and the cost of electricity is included in your Battery & Swap Subscription.

  • First, your moped has a state-of-charge indicator, so this should never happen. If it does, simply park and lock your moped, remove the battery, go to the nearest swap station, and replace it with a fully charged one.

  • No extra batteries are necessary, as swapping is quick and easy. Just ensure you remain within a safe distance from a swap station.

  • No, you must use GoCimo batteries, as the swap stations provide only original high-capacity batteries.

  • Yes, you can resell your moped, but you’ll need to transfer the Battery Swap Subscription to the new owner. Otherwise, you’ll continue to be charged for the subscription. 

    Please contact us to process this transfer. A small administrative fee applies for the subscription transfer.

  • Yes, but you remain responsible, and you may need to increase to a Large Battery Swap Subscription

  • Yes, the moped and swap stations are yours to use for both deliveries and personal errands without restrictions.

  • Depending on riding conditions and speed, a fully charged battery can provide up to 60 km of range.

  • No, roadside assistance is not included. However, we recommend couriers check with their insurance providers or courier companies for coverage of roadside assistance.

  • You can’t buy a moped with a battery and just pay for swaps because our swap stations work by exchanging your battery for the most charged one available, ensuring a quick 10-second swap. Since the system relies on shared batteries, no single battery can belong to you. This keeps the process efficient and hassle-free!

  • Regular maintenance includes tire checks, brake inspections, and cleaning the moped. To maintain its performance, we recommend servicing your moped at authorized Kymco dealers.

    If your moped is rented from GoCimo instead, there are specific service and repair conditions.

  • The GoCimo moped has a top speed of 25, 30 or 45 km/h, making it ideal for city driving and quick delivery times.

  • Yes, you are free to customize your moped if you have bought it, but keep modifications within safety regulations for the moped and traffic authority.

    If the moped is rented from GoCimo, it needs to be in standard condition. Non-permanent modifications like stickers or add-ons can be put on the moped if they can be removed without harming it.

  • Yes, we offer discounts for longer-term agreements e.g. 12/24/36 months

  • Yes, GoCimo has a dedicated mobile app to track your swap history, locate nearby stations, monitor battery levels, and manage your subscription.

  • Yes, we offer flexible financing options. You can choose a payment plan that works best for your budget. Please inquire for details.

  • Yes, you can upgrade to a newer model when available. Contact us for details on transitioning your subscription to a new moped.

  • Based on your selected battery swap subscription plan, you can do the following: 

    Medium—50 swaps/month. This plan meets the need for a single courier driving between 1800 and 2200 km per month.
    Large: 100 swaps/month. This plan meets the needs of one or two couriers driving between 3600 and 4400 km per month.

  • We monitor all swap stations to avoid this, but if a station temporarily runs out of charged batteries, the app will direct you to the next closest station with available batteries.

  • You can easily find the nearest swap station using our mobile app, which provides real-time information on available charged batteries and station locations.

  • Yes, GoCimo mopeds come with a warranty that covers manufacturing defects. The battery swap service also guarantees you always have access to a functioning, fully charged battery.

COURIERS

  • Check our map with the swap stations in your city.

  • Anyone can sign up for a subscription.

  • In our standard price plan, the moped is for your own personal use and does not cover additional drivers. Letting anyone else use the moped is a contract violation, and the insurance is invalid.

    However, we offer shared vehicles to corporate customers.

  • Yes, if you have a direct personal subscription with GoCimo, you can use it outside work.

    If you have GoCimo via your employer, please check their terms.

  • If you have a direct personal subscription with GoCimo and there is no limitation stated in the subscription you can work for multiple delivery companies.

  • That depends on local legislation, and type of vehicle and will be asked for when signing up
